China Phoenix Plaza is a large international commercial project in Dubai invested and managed by Zhejiang Long-men Group, the total expected investment is four hundred million dollars and it covers an area of 571,000 square meters, building area of 700,000 square meters including commercial area of 400,000 square meters, warehouse and logistical Centre of 200,000 ㎡, 7,000 parking space, commercial Facilities with an area of 20,000 ㎡. The project is positioned as Chinese commodity overseas trade center, the finished Phoenix Plaza will be a commercial platform and combination of brand display, trade, warehousing, logistics, information, electronic commerce and catering, hotel, residence and other ancillary functions.
On Jan 17, 2012 at the Zaabeel Palace, Chinese Prime Minister Wen Jiabao and Mohammed, the Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, debriefed the Chairman Yang Wenjun on Dubai-China Phoenix Plaza project. The leaders of two nations fully affirmed the positive significance of project and pointed out it will promote the trade and economic cooperation and amicable exchange between China and UAE. Chen Deming, the Minster of Commerce and Yang Jie-chi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs also presented.
